What is your refund policy?

Payments are made upfront to reserve your training schedule. Refunds are only available within the first fourteen days at the start of a course. Board and train programs are non-refundable.

What happens if I miss a session?

Please reach out as soon as possible so we can work with you on rescheduling when appropriate.

Can children attend training sessions?

For safety reasons, no one under the age of 14 may attend training sessions.
