Build the foundation for a well-behaved dog.
Good Manners is designed to build the foundation every dog needs for success at home and in everyday life.
Whether you're starting with a young dog, a newly adopted dog, or simply want better communication and reliability, this class focuses on practical skills that make living with your dog easier and more enjoyable.
From learning how to focus around distractions to building calm, polite behavior, Good Manners helps create a dog that understands expectations and can confidently navigate the world alongside you.
Building Skills That Matter Every Day
Training shouldn't only work during class. It should work during walks, around guests, at the park, and throughout your daily routine.
Throughout this six-week course, you'll work on foundational obedience skills, leash manners, impulse control, attention and focus, and helping your dog understand expectations. Each lesson builds on the previous one, creating steady progress and lasting results.
We focus on teaching dogs how to make good decisions, respond reliably to guidance, and remain engaged with their owners even when distractions are present.
More Than Just Obedience
Good behavior isn't about memorizing commands. It's about creating understanding.
Our goal is to help dogs learn how to slow down, focus, and make better choices while helping owners develop the timing, communication, and consistency needed to guide them successfully.
You'll learn not only what to teach your dog, but how to continue building on those skills long after class is over.
Real-Life Results, Not Just "Good in Class"
A dog that listens in a quiet training environment isn't enough. The real goal is reliable behavior when life gets busy.
Good Manners focuses on practical application, helping dogs learn how to respond around distractions, greet people politely, walk calmly on leash, and maintain focus in everyday situations.
These are the skills that create a more enjoyable relationship and a dog you can confidently bring into the real world.
