Owners are responsible for their dog's behavior at all times and are expected to stay involved, practice between sessions, and follow trainer guidance.

Every dog is different, and we may recommend specific tools to improve communication and clarity.
Using tools incorrectly, or choosing not to use recommended tools, can slow progress. Results cannot be guaranteed without following trainer recommendations.

To keep everyone safe and focused, no one under 14 years old is allowed in training sessions (including observing).
This helps create a calm, structured environment where both dogs and owners can succeed.

Working with dogs comes with inherent risk.
By participating, you acknowledge that scratches, bites, illness, or other incidents can occur.
By training with us, you agree not to hold Bugg Dog Training or its staff responsible for any injuries, illness, or damages that may occur during or after training.

For everyone's safety, dogs must be healthy and up to date on vaccinations (rabies, distemper, parvo, and Bordetella when applicable).
If your dog is showing signs of illness (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.), please keep them home.
If a medical situation arises during training, we may seek veterinary care on your behalf. You are responsible for any related costs.

๐ Follow-Up Sessions
Board & Train includes 3 private follow-up lessons, which must be completed within 4 weeks of your dog going home.
These sessions are essential for maintaining your dog's progress.
๐Ongoing Success
Training doesn't stop when your dog leaves. Consistency at home and completing follow-up sessions are key to long-term results.
Delaying or skipping these sessions may impact progress.

All services must be paid in full before training begins.
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase. After that, payments are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of Board & Train programs, these are non-refundable once your spot is reserved.

Please provide at least 1 hour's notice if you need to reschedule.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After that, the regular hourly rate may apply.

By training with us, you give permission for us to use photos, videos, or testimonials of you and your dog for social media, our website, and marketing.
If you change your mind, just let us know in writing. (Content already posted may still be used.)
